Refund Policy
VTOL STUDIO is committed to providing exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our services and products.
Refunds for Services
Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service agreement, you must provide written notice. Refunds will be determined based on the stage of project completion and terms specified in your project agreement.
Project Milestones: For projects billed by milestone, refunds are evaluated upon project termination. If termination occurs after a milestone is completed, payment for that milestone is non-refundable.
Partial Completion: If a project is terminated mid-way, refunds will be calculated based on deliverables completed, expenses incurred, and time invested.
Refund Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the transaction.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
Non-Refundable Items
Services that have been fully completed and delivered
Consultation fees for completed consultations
Administrative and setup fees
Custom work that has been initiated and partially completed
Third-party expenses and licensing fees
Refund Conditions
Refunds are subject to verification that services were not delivered as specified in the contract.
If a refund is due to client-requested changes or scope modifications, the refund may be reduced by the costs of work already completed.
VTOL STUDIO reserves the right to deduct any outstanding charges or unpaid invoices from refund amounts.
Customers remain responsible for any additional work beyond the agreed scope.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us with detailed documentation of your claim.
We will review your request and respond within 15 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to pursue resolution through mediation or arbitration as outlined in the Terms of Service.
Recurring Services or Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with written notice.
Refunds for partial months are not provided. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
If you cancel within 14 days of signing up, a full refund will be provided if no services have been rendered.
Exceptions
Circumstances may exist that warrant exceptions to this policy. VTOL STUDIO may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
