VTOL STUDIO provides design and technology services including but not limited to: website design and development, brand strategy and identity, AI-powered automation, data analysis, and custom software development.

Our Services are provided on an as-is basis. We strive to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all our deliverables.

All original content, designs, code, and materials created by VTOL STUDIO are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of VTOL STUDIO unless otherwise specified in writing.

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for their intended business purposes. Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of original designs without explicit written permission.

Any pre-existing materials, templates, or third-party components used in our Services remain the property of their respective owners.

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements and invoices.

Invoices are due within the specified timeframe. Late payments may accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend Services if payment is more than 15 days overdue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VTOL STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

VTOL STUDIO does not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our Services.

Either party may terminate Services upon written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the specific project agreement.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where VTOL STUDIO is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
